I take a collaborative, individualized approach to therapy in which we explore prominent behavioral and emotional patterns and utilize your strengths to take steps to create a life you want to live. Everyday life can feel mundane, unfulfilling, and even anxiety-provoking when we do not truly understand who we are, what we want, and where we are headed. Through therapy, I hope to help you gain insight into yourself and understand why you do what you do in order to help you make the changes you want to see.
I work with individuals and couples who struggle with issues of anxiety, depression, abandonment, self-esteem, trust, relationships, and feelings of inadequacy and shame.
